What do I need to pick up my vehicle?
The registered owner must bring a valid driver's license, government-issued photo ID, or passport, plus a valid registration or title. Any required fees are paid at pickup.
Can someone else pick it up for me?
Yes, with an original notarized authorization from the registered owner listing the vehicle's year, make, model and VIN. The person picking up must also bring their own photo ID.
How do I get my personal belongings?
Schedule a Personal Property pickup using the button above and bring a photo ID.
What if I miss my appointment?
A no call / no show, or no cancellation before your appointment, results in a $50 rescheduling fee.
